Our Mission

To make off campus housing simple! Scholar Suites provides affordable and convenient off-campus housing thoughtfully designed for students.

Find your people

Our housing is built exclusively for students, making it easy to find both a home and a supportive peer network off campus. Whether you're new to the city or transferring schools, you'll feel right at home from day one.

How it works:

  • 1. Find your place

Find your favorite suite - bring along friends or meet students attending colleges within the area

  • 2. Inquire and apply

Click the inquire button and get in touch with one of our suite managers to get any questions answered or apply instantly.

  • 3. Meet your suite manager

Get in contact with your suite manager, who will be your main point of contact for the rest of your journey with Scholar Suites.

  • 4. Pay upfront costs

First, last month's rent, and security deposit

  • 5. Move in

Begin your move in and meet your suite manager at your dorm. Your suite manager will meet you at your dorm and always be around, making your stay as comfortable as possible!
